About William W.W. Loo

Born and raised in Honolulu, the son of Chinese immigrants, Bill takes pride in knowing his ancestral contributions to Hawaii. He is involved in the martial art of Kung Fu and helps spread the beauty of his culture by performing the Lion Dance, an ancient Chinese ceremony said to bring good fortune and ward off evil spirits when performed. The excitement of sharing his talents can be seen in his face. Bill has also had an exciting career BEFORE spending nineteen years as a real estate professional.

All of his experiences from being a courtesy clerk, sales representative, assistant manager and store manager have taught him how to work with people and problem-solve on a daily basis. The duties and responsibilities varied with each job but included buying, selling, budgeting, marketing, training and supervising employees. Can you imagine all the education and experience attained during those years? But the education didn’t stop with just his various jobs, martial arts and Lion Dance. Bill is also a licensed massage therapist and ballroom dancer. His ballroom dancing includes practicing twice a week and dancing Friday and Saturdays at the Ala Wai Clubhouse. What good exercise and a stress reliever to help him keep physically and mentally healthy. Bill is a proud member of the International Ballroom Dance, Inc, Pan Pacific, Ililma and Aloha Dance Club.

It was in 1993 that Bill got his real estate license and took on this new career with a passion. He already enjoyed working and helping people, had a sales background, knew how to manage his time and believed in continuing education to grow in this field. By 2003, Bill had attained his broker’s license and since then has earned the e-Pro Designation as well as an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Graduate. As an e-Pro Realtor®, Bill has successfully completed their training program, which teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line; web sites, e-mail, on-line tools and what today’s consumer want from this great technological world. In 2011, Bill earned his Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and this recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors have this designation.

Real estate is Bill’s favorite career, as he has assisted many buyers and sellers over the past nineteen years. He truly enjoys working with people in this very “service oriented” business; and you’ll get only the BEST knowledge and experience from him.
